Mr. Slifkin did an amazing job in showing and finding a buyer for my mother’s home. Living in New York and selling a home in Florida can be a daunting job. Mr. Slifkin put me in touch with an individual who helped me in cleaning out and preparing the home for sale as well as charities to donate furniture. He was familiar with the neighborhood and comparable homes for sale. We had a few prospective buyers and eventually sold the house above the asking price. Mr. Slifkin is very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone putting their home on the market. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I enjoyed working with Eric and Tricia. He was very candid, a straight shooter, set appropriate and understands the market. The team was very responsive to calls and questions, very helpful when it came time to closing and emptying the house. Between Eric and Tricia, they responded to emails late at night and early in the am. He was the right realtor for us and the market.

Eric Slifkin proved to be the consummate professional who spent the time to understand our needs and desires and set about to find us the right home. During our visits to prospective properties he point out flaws and superlatives with a keen insight; little things for someone not familiar with Florida or the local market. We would email inane questions in the middle of the night. Before the crack of dawn, he would send the answers. We never felt rushed. We never felt he was trying to "sell" us. In the end, he became more than our real estate agent, he became our friend!
